Note: Puppies are evaluated at 18-22 months of age for health and temperament traits. Not all dogs will become Guide Dogs, some will have a Change of Career and become an Assistance or Search and Rescue dog or others may be dropped from the program and offered up for adoption to the puppy raiser, or acceptable person on our adoption list. Puppy sponsorships are not transferable if your sponsored dog does not become a guide dog.
