Puppy Yoga at Guide Dogs of the Desert
Get ready to stretch, unwind, and enjoy some puppy love! Join us for Puppy Yoga at Guide Dogs of the Desert on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at 2:00 PM for a fun afternoon benefiting our mission.
Led by Karen Salgado of Fitness with Karen, this 60-minute experience begins with a 30-minute all-level yoga session followed by 30 minutes of puppy play, cuddles, and photo opportunities with our adorable Labrador puppies.
Whether you're an experienced yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time, everyone is welcome! Your participation helps support Guide Dogs of the Desert and our mission to provide expertly trained guide dogs to individuals who are blind or visually impaired, completely free of charge.
